Colin Chan, MD
Dr. Chan received his medical degree from the University of Toronto and his residency in Family Medicine at the Carilon Clinic in Roanoke Virginia.
He has held past appointments as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Chan’s medical interests focus on integrating the knowledge and traditions of multiple medical disciplines to help optimize his patients' health throughout their lifespan.

Karen Johnson, APRN
Karen Johnson, APRN, has been helping patients obtain and improve their quality of life for over 20 years. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology and health, physical education and recreation from Mercer University and her M.S. in physical education and exercise science from Michigan State. She also has extensive training in weight loss and bioidentical hormone therapies.
Karen is Board Certified in Family Practice and is an APRN Preceptor for the University of South Florida School of Nursing.
As an exercise and healthy living advocate, Karen motivates others to adopt active lifestyles. She uses a combination of traditional medicine, bioidentical hormones, and supplements to provide balanced care plans.
Nadine Rusli, MSN, APRN, FNP- C
Nadine earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgetown University and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She delivers compassionate, patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on building meaningful, lasting relationships.
She centers her care on disease prevention, patient education, and collaborative care, taking time to ensure patients understand their health and treatment options. She cares for both acute and chronic conditions while promoting overall wellness.
With a background in high-acuity nursing, Nadine brings clinical experience and a calm, attentive approach to every visit. She is committed to helping patients feel their best and maintain long-term health.
